In 2018 the PANDSI Cake Off showcased 'Aussie Big Things' in cake form. I was fortunate to create the 'Big Cockatoo' cake, raising much needed funds to help PANDSI support Canberra families through perinatal depression and anxiety. Such a wonderful cause with an amazing team of volunteers!
