I was so pleased to bake again in the PANDSI (Post and Ante Natal Depression Support and Information Inc) Cake Off - World Cultures in Cake. This year I represented Ireland, with a gravity defying, 3D Irish Dancer cake, auctioned off along with 50 other cakes to the highest bidder.
