PANDSI Cake Off! 2019 - World Cultures in Cake

I was so pleased to bake again in the PANDSI (Post and Ante Natal Depression Support and Information Inc) Cake Off - World Cultures in Cake. This year I represented Ireland, with a gravity defying, 3D Irish Dancer cake, auctioned off along with 50 other cakes to the highest bidder. The auction event was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra, with volunteer bakers helping to raise funds for PANDSI to support Canberra families through perinatal depression and anxiety.
