Upon acceptance of a quote, Daisy Cakes and Bakes ask for a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 to secure your booking, which comes off the balance of your order. This covers the cost of the packaging specific to your order.  Making a booking ensures we don't over-schedule so your order gets the full attention it requires. Non-payment of the deposit will result in your order not being added to our schedule, so please let us know if something has happened, or if you don't wish to proceed.

The balance of your cake or cookie order is payable one full week (7 days) prior to the delivery/collection date, as this is when ingredients are purchased and all of the work goes into creating your order. We are happy to accommodate partial payments periodically, as long as the total is paid a week before, so the more notice you give us, the longer you have to spread out payment of the balance.

 

Daisy Cakes and Bakes offers delivery for a fee of $25.00 within postcode 4551, or your order can be collected from Currimundi at a mutually agreed time.  

 

Daisy Cakes and Bakes reserves the right to cancel an order due to illness or in the interest of public health, noting every effort will be made to arrange an alternate baker/decorator to fulfil the order. If the order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be provided with as much notice to you as possible.  **Please note custom cakes are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions on events**.

Should you need to cancel an order for any reason, please let us know as early as possible, as we may not have started the baking process.  Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of your order within 14 days of your order date will not constitute a refund.  Daisy Cakes and Bakes may, at its discretion, accommodate a 75% refund (excluding deposit) for a cancellation prior to 14 days of the booking date.

 

Daisy Cakes and Bakes take pride in the presentation and quality of our work.  To maintain our high standards, we may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.  The more notice you are able to provide, the more chance you have of securing the booking date.  Daisy Cakes and Bakes are not able to complete an order request within two weeks of an enquiry.
